Står 2-4 dager levering. Har etter 10 dager enda ikke fått den. Ikke noe info om hvor den er og hva som skaper forsinkelsene

Vi har undersøkt saken og ser at pakken din er forsinket hos UPS på grunn av værrelaterte utfordringer, noe som er registrert i sporingen med dato 7. januar. Dette er dessverre utenfor vår kontroll, men vi har kontaktet UPS for å få en oppdatering og vil holde deg informert så snart vi har mer informasjon.

Dette er den varmeste jakken jeg har hatt gleden av å eie - og har fått masse komplimenter for den. Etter at den lille «knappen» med SE-merket på venstre arm falt av tok jeg kontakt med kundeservice, og fikk skikkelig god hjelp fra Freja. Anbefales!
Very nice design & fabric, perfect fit, cosy and warm, especially with the high collar. My first, but definitely not my last piece of Scandinavian Edition :-)
It seems I am making excuses to go outside so I can wear my new coat! I love it. The only negative comment I have is about the zip. I have to say it doesn't feel fully durable. I have to be slightly careful getting the zip together. Other than that, fantastic purchase!

Regarding the zipper, we want to reassure you that it is a sturdy YKK zipper, designed for durability and longevity. Since it’s a two-way zipper, it can sometimes seem a bit tricky to get used to at first if you're not familiar with using this type. We recommend ensuring both parts are fully aligned before zipping up—it should glide smoothly once you're accustomed to it.

Incredible design, fits and details. I was a bit reluctant at first to put 400 bucks into a synthetic winter jacket, but I don’t regret it at all. The warmth/weight ratio is excellent, the jacket feels light and allows a lot of movement (LEO here, so I need to move).
Best daily winter jacket I have ever owned so far. On the more casual side though, so if you need to dress up a bit (suits and shirts), a longer coat would suits better.
I have already purchased three jackets of SE, and have loved all three of them. Modest looks, luxury feel, and good sturdiness. They make me feel I am wearing premium garments without showing off. Impressed with good and adequate service of SE, including shipping and returns.
