Size Guidance
Coat fits slightly large to size. If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing down.
Coat is a Slim coat designed to fit close to the body, tapered cut trough the midsection and waist.
The model is 174 cm/5'8.5" tall and wearing a size Small.

Product Information
Coat is a clean, elegant women's style with an adjustable fixed hood. Recycled 170 gsm of Thermore insulation and a highly technical 2-layer wind- and waterproof fabric provide excellent protection from cold, wet, and windy weather. A two-way front zipper allows for ease of movement and comfort. The coat has zipped waist pockets and multiple inner pockets.

Returns
If you wish to return your order, please follow the instructions in the package and use the return label. Returns are free. Please contact us at support@scandinavianedition.com if your package was shipped to you without a return label. You have 30 days to return the package to us after it has been shipped from our warehouse.

Return Terms
The product must be in the same condition as when you received it to receive a full refund. All packaging and labels must be attached. We will not accept jackets that smell (like perfume, cigarettes, etc.) or with marks.
We assess the item's value reduction if you return a used item. You will only be refunded the 'used value'. A product without packaging and labels, with smell or stains, will be considered a used product.
Refund Payment
We usually process returns and exchanges within 7-10 business days after receiving them back in our warehouse. Shipping time can impact this process.
Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for payment. We cannot issue a refund to a different card or account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different style, size, or color—please follow these steps:

2) Return the order that you wish to exchange

Very light and warm Jacket- wonderful!
Akkurat passe tykk, lett, og en nydelig grønnfarge. I henhold til strørrelsestabellen, skulle str L passe meg, men den ble dessverre for stor. Derfor ble det retur.
Jeg er utrolig fornøyd med produktet. Jeg styrte litt med størrelser og måtte forsvare meg litt med kundeservis. Jeg snakket først med Freja Lange som var helt fantastisk og gav Service helt ut av denne verden. Utrolig hyggelig. Jeg ble senere svart av en annen og til slutt endte det opp med at jeg ikke fikk svar fra han, selv etter jeg sendte ny Mail etter manglende svar på den siste. Utenom det er jeg utrolig fornøyd med hele opplevelsen og produktet

Looks very expensive and stylish, women like it, what more can you ask for? More bombers/ jackets, also for summer please.
Dette er en fantastisk kåpe som jeg gjerne ville ta på, men jeg er 158 cm og den er altfor lang for meg.
The onyx itself is of good quality. However, the zipper is one of those standard one. You may consider get better zippers .
Hey Yok San, thank you for commenting on our Swell II. We appreciate the feedback. We use a standard 2-way zipper from YKK on Swell II. YKK is a high quality zipper manufacturer and they make some of the best zippers available.
