For us to assess the damage or issue quickly, please include the following in your email:

1) A photo of the entire jacket, front and back
2) A close-up photo of the damage or issue you are experiencing
3) A photo of the care label, which can be found on the inside lower left. The care label might be hidden in a small black pouch, depending on your jacket.
