Retur og bytte i Norge

We offer free shipping with PostNord for all customers in Norway. Shipping time depends on your location, but it will usually take 2-5 days from when the package leaves our warehouse in Sweden. All fees, taxes, and VAT are included in the price you see here on the webshop—no hidden costs or surprises on delivery.

Returns
If you wish to return your order, please follow the instructions in the package and use the return label. Returns are free. Please contact us at support@scandinavianedition.com if your package was shipped to you without a return label. You have 30 days to return the package to us after it has been shipped from our warehouse.

This address is to our headquarters and Norwegian warehouse and is valid for returns made in Norway. 

Return Terms
The product must be in the same condition as when you received it to receive a full refund. All packaging and labels must be attached. We will not accept jackets that smell (like perfume, cigarettes, etc.) or with marks. 

We assess the item's value reduction if you return a used item. You will only be refunded the 'used value'. A product without packaging and labels, with smell or stains, will be considered a used product.

Refund Payment 
We usually process returns and exchanges within 7-10 business days after receiving them back in our warehouse. Shipping time can impact this process. 

Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for payment. We cannot issue a refund to a different card or account. 

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different style, size, or color—please follow these steps:

1) Place a new order on our webshop 

2) Return the order that you wish to exchange
