We offer free shipping with PostNord for all customers in Norway. Shipping time depends on your location, but it will usually take 2-5 days from when the package leaves our warehouse in Sweden. All fees, taxes, and VAT are included in the price you see here on the webshop—no hidden costs or surprises on delivery.


By registering your return, our customer service and warehouse staff are informed that your package is on its way back to us. Please follow the steps below:

1) If you wish to return an item, we kindly ask you to register your return online via this link:

2) Follow the instructions in the return portal, and your return will be easily registered. You will then receive an e-mail confirmation and further information.

You have 30 days to return the package to us after it has been shipped from our warehouse.  

The product must be in the same condition as when you received it to receive a full refund. All packaging and labels must be attached. We will not accept jackets that smell (like perfume, cigarettes, etc.) or with marks. 

We assess the item's value reduction if you return a used item. You will only be refunded the 'used value'. A product without packaging and labels, with smell or stains, will be considered a used product.

We usually process returns and exchanges within 7-10 business days after receiving them back in our warehouse. Shipping time can impact this process. 

Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for payment. We cannot issue a refund to a different card or account. 


Please follow the steps below if you need to exchange for a smaller/larger size, etc.:

1) Place a new order for the item that you wish to exchange to.
2) You will be refunded on the returned item once we receive it in our warehouse.
