Returns/Exchanges for orders outside of the EU and Norway
To return an order placed from all countries outside the EU, we have to make a manual return label and prepare a customs invoice. This paperwork takes about 1-2 business days. If you have already sent us an email for a return request, please wait and we will get back to you with the return label in 2-3 business days.
We offer a 15 euros return service with UPS, which will be deducted from your refund amount once we receive the package.
