PRODUCT INFORMATION

Cavai is a truly versatile piece. Cavai, Swedish for Blazer or Sports coat, has a functional front closure with zipper and press buttons. The jacket has taped seams and is 100% wind- and waterproof. The light 40 gsm insulation means that Cavai can be used under various conditions — it is good from early spring to late fall. It is an excellent short coat for uncertain weather. Designed to be used in formal and casual settings — dress up or down depending on the occasion.

Returns

Unfortunately partly inferior quality

What‘s the use of good design, good cut and good fabric quality if you have such cheap and stiff plastic zippers and buttons? The price you’re asking for justifies equally high-quality components in every detail. Too bad! I would have loved to keep this jacket.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sad to learn that you consider our zippers and buttons to be of poor quality. Our zippers are made by YKK, which is recongnized as a premium zipper manufacturer. The zipper used on Cavai is indeed made from plastic, but it is known to be very durable and it has a low claim rate (works for years without failing). The buttons are sourced from Japan, and was also choosen because of its quality. Using plastic detailing over metal is a great way to keep the weight of our products low and low weight is important will improve the sensation of wearing our jackets.
