Trip is a Fitted shirt, meaning that it is designed to follow the body's natural lines without tapering. Fitted is a versatile shape that feels slightly narrower than a regular fit but with more room than a slim fit. We recommend ordering your normal size if you want it to fit as intended. Size up if you prefer a more relaxed style and room to add more layers underneath (a sweater).

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Trip is a lightweight and classic overshirt made from a technical fabric with water-resistant and windproof properties. We have used 40 gsm synthetic insulation, optimal for warm to cool conditions when worn on top of a sweater or t-shirt. Trip is an excellent tool if you plan to spend all day outside in various temperatures. 

The clean and minimalistic look means that Trip can be styled up or down depending on the occasion.

Awful customer service

Cant get in contact with the company regarding return. Every message i sent remain unanswered

I see you reached out on April 5th and got a reply from Freja the same day — looks like this case was resolved? Other than that, I cannot find any emails from you in our system, so I want to know what could have happened here. Did you reach out to support(A)scandinavianedition.com for your initial request? Or did you use any of our other emails?

We take customer service and experience very seriously here at Scandinavian Edition. Being a small company in a big pond, we work hard to deliver world-class service to show our appreciation for our customers, and our usual response time is within 24 hours. Some days can be busy, which extends our response time slightly, especially during the weekends. I will look into your case and try to figure out if we have had a technical glitch, human error, or a random event that led us to this situation.
