Vesty — Paper

Vesty is a lightweight down vest with a regular fit. Insulated with 90/10 RDS certified down. The detachable down-filled waist belt can be used to change up the styling and the fit. In addition, we added a drawstring in the bottom, which can be pulled tight to stop the cold outside air from moving up and underneath the vest.

We offer free shipping with PostNord for all customers in Norway. Shipping time depends on your location, but it will usually take 2-5 days from when the package leaves our warehouse in Sweden. All fees, taxes, and VAT are included in the price you see here on the webshop—no hidden costs or surprises on delivery.

Returns
By registering your return, our customer service and warehouse staff are informed that your package is on its way back to us. Please follow the steps below:

2) Follow the instructions in the return portal, and your return will be easily registered. You will then receive an e-mail confirmation and further information.

You have 30 days to return the package to us after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

UNPACKING YOUR NEW DOWN VEST
When you first unpack your down vest, it may appear flat or compressed. This is normal due to the packaging. To restore its natural loft, hang the vest in a well-ventilated area for at least 48 hours. This allows the down feathers to "fluff" and regain their full volume, ensuring maximum insulation. Avoid wearing or storing the jacket before this process is complete for optimal warmth and comfort.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your down vest in top condition, follow these care steps:

1. Washing: Use a front-loading washing machine with a gentle cycle and cold water. Add a down-specific detergent or a mild, fragrance-free detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
2. Drying: Tumble dry on low heat with clean tennis balls or dryer balls to help restore the loft of the down. Ensure the jacket is completely dry to avoid mold or clumping.
3. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid compressing the vest in a stuff sack for long periods; hang it or lay it flat to preserve the down's loft.
4. Spot Cleaning: Use a damp cloth and mild detergent for small stains to reduce the need for frequent full washes.
5. Avoid Heat: Keep your vest away from direct heat sources such as radiators or open flames to protect the fabric and insulation.
